S - Specific. Goals must be clear and specific with a particular outcome.
M - Measurable. To see achievement in your goals you must be ablle to measure them.
A - Attainable. Make sure your goals are realistic but challenging.
R - Relevant. Smaller goals should work toward larger goals.
T - Trackable. Establishing trackable goals will allow you to monitor your progress.
