About the program
Program requirements
- Employers must provide a position that is full-time [at least 32 hours/week, at least one full semester in length (with multiple work terms encouraged), related to the student's major, and provide to the student a written job offer and a written job description. The employer must also consent to the written Work/School Schedule Agreement (form provided) for the student and must work with the student to develop written learning objectives (form provided) and an evaluation (form provided) for each work term.
- To participate in the program, students must be undergraduates, have completed the freshman year, have secured a full-time, paid position related to academic major and/or career goals, and meet additional requirements.
