	WHEN: Unless an earlier deadline is specified, you must register/sign-up AT LATEST by NOON on the BUSINESS DAY prior to the session. Be aware some sessions fill quickly; waiting until the day prior might be too late! HOW: Do ONE of the following: 1. Call 231-6241 2. Visit Career Services during office hours. 3. E-mail career.services@vt.edu If you LEAVE A PHONE MESSAGE or SEND E-MAIL, GIVE ALL THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: - NAME OF THE PROGRAM you wish to attend (IN E-MAIL SUBJECT LINE) - PROGRAM DATE and TIME (and second choice, if applicable) - Your first and last name - Your major - Your academic level - Your phone number (Please speak clearly if you leave a voice mail message.) If you do not follow these instructions, you risk not being registered. We are not able to call or e-mail you to ask for information you omit or which we cannot understand in a voice message.
