WHEN: You must register/sign-up AT LATEST by NOON on the BUSINESS DAY prior to the session. Be aware some sessions fill quickly; waiting until the day prior might be too late!

HOW: Do ONE of the following:

1. Visit Career Services during office hours.

OR

2. E-mail Ms. Jenean Meadows at ljmeadows@vt.edu.

If you SEND E-MAIL, GIVE ALL THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
- E-mail subject line: NAME OF THE PROGRAM you wish to attend
- In e-mail:
  - PROGRAM DATE and TIME (and second choice, if applicable)
  - Your first and last name

If you do not follow these instructions, you risk not being registered.
We are not able to call or e-mail you to ask for information you omit.

Please be nice to others. Sign-up is required when space is limited. 
If you sign up and then are unable to attend, as a courtesy to other students and to our staff, contact us to cancel your hold on that space. Please e-mail if day prior to event or earlier; please call 231-6241 if day of event.
