What do alumni volunteers offer?
•	Advice and information about their career fields. You can conduct informational interviews with volunteers, in which you ask the alumnus/a questions about his/her career field and work.
•	Possible referrals to contacts for seeking internships, co-ops and permanent employment upon graduation.
•	Volunteers are not expected to offer you jobs or job interviews, but rather information that could help you locate job sources and be better prepared for interviews.
•	Possibility of serving as speakers for student organizations and classes.
•	Some alumni are willing to have students visit for a shadowing experience.
