TO DO A MOCK INTERVIEW?
Have you ever found yourself saying, "I wish there was a way for me to practice for my internships, job or graduate school interview?" Allow us to grant your wish true! Career Services offers a Mock Interview Program that is conducted year round (including summers). The process is painless and often serves as an eye opener to all those who participate, pinpointing one's strengths and weaknesses in the interview process.
How do I sign up?
Bring a copy of your resume, and if possible a job or graduate school description, to Career Services and ask someone at the front desk to schedule you for a mock interview. You will be scheduled for an hour time slot with a Career Advisor and will receive a packet of information including practice questions and professional dress attire.
What can I expect?
- Dress in business attire
- 30-45 minute interview session, with the option of having it recorded (you will be given a dvd to keep)
- 15-20 minute critique session, with verbal and written
