Meet our podcaster:

Gerald Goad, a native of Carroll County, is proudly serving as our Fall 2008 Podcaster while attending his last semester at Virginia Tech. Gerald will graduate in December with his Bachelor of Arts in Communication in the College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences. Gerald is also a Cymbal player in Virginia Tech's Marching Virginians, where in 2006 he was awarded the "Marching Virginians Rookie of the Year Award," and in 2007 he received the "Marching Virginians Most Spirited Member" award. Goad says, "It's an honor and a privilege serving Virginia Tech by being the voice of Career Services. I never thought I would have the opportunity for my voice to be broadcast worldwide. Career Services is a tremendous service for Tech students and I'm so proud to be part of it."
