Recruiter contacts for follow up
You are here: Career Services > Recruiter contacts for thank you letters | follow up
For students and alumni who want to follow up, send thanks after an OCI interview:
- Find: INTERVIEWERS (and greeters) who interviewed students at Career Services throughout fall and spring semesters via the On-Campus Interviewing (OCI) Program. We have their contact info ONLY IF they gave us a business card; we ask all to do so, but not all do.
- Q: Who can view this?
A: Currently enrolled students.
A: Alumni who have had interviews through the OCI Program. - Log in to view business card information.
For students who want to follow up, send thanks after a career fair:
- Find: ORGANIZATION REPS who attended the Connection Co-op & Internship Job Fair (annually in February), and other job and career fairs sponsored by Virginia Tech departments and colleges. We have this contact info ONLY IF they gave us a business card; we ask all to do so, but not all do.
- These individuals might also recruit through the fall-and-spring-semester On-Campus Interviewing Program, but not always.
- Q: Who can view this?
A: Currently enrolled students. - Log in to view business card information.
For students and alumni who want to find the H4H/OCI recruiting coordinator:
- Find: CAREER SERVICES' PRIMARY CONTACTS for On-Campus Interviewing and Hokies4Hire, IF THIS INDIVIDUAL HAS CHOSEN TO LIST his/her name and contact information. Be aware that organizations can post jobs and opt not to post an individual's contact information.
- These are usually NOT the people who actually visit campus to conduct interviews; they ARE coordinators and contacts for their organizations' participation in the On-Campus Interviewing Program and for the jobs they post in Hokies4Hire.
- Q: Who can view this?
A: All currently enrolled students have a Hokies4Hire account.
A: Alumni can request an account. See how. - Log in to Hokies4Hire
