This guide has been put together by Career Services and the Academic Departments to create a practical approach to choosing a major and a career.  The Guide to Majors is designed to help students learn about the undergraduate majors offered at Virginia Tech and to learn about the careers associated with these majors.

In your search for the right major, remember that the world of work is not organized by major.  Majors do not always fit "perfectly" in one category.  Search for majors and careers by career fields which compliment your interests.
