Undergraduate Co-op / Internship Program
Enrollment by college and major, by semester
Students in all undergraduate majors may enroll.
Numbers reflect students with an active work / school schedule who are either in school or at work during the listed semester. (They are enrolled in CEP 4084 during work terms.)
Students who do a summer-only, one-term internship rarely do enroll in this program. If they do, they are reflected in enrollment numbers beginning fall semester immediately following the work term.
(Enrollment only permitted for full-time, paid positions; not for part-time or academic-credit-earning positions.)
Engineering majors now account for 86% of enrollment, and business majors account for just under 9%.
This simply reflects the co-op job market for those fields.
You can also view employers of enrolled students, by student major.
