Mandatory fee:
There is only one mandatory fee associated with participation in the Undergraduate Co-op / Internship Program.
•	During work terms (fall semester, spring semester and/or summer terms) when you are enrolled in the program you will be enrolled in CEP 4084.
•	This does not carry credit hours, but does keep you enrolled in the university.
•	For each term you are enrolled in CEP 4084, you pay $50 in lieu of full tuition ($25 for each summer session).
•	This is billed to you exactly the same way tuition is billed through the University Bursar, and you must pay this fee in the same way you pay tuition.
•	Career Services does not handle or receive any student payments for the Undergraduate Co-op / Internship Program.
•	Be aware that if you enroll in CEP 4084 after course pre-registration, you might not receive a tuition bill; however, you are still responsible for this $50 payment. If you pay late, you will be charged a late fee. If you fail to pay your fee, at some point your registration in CEP 4084 will be dropped — just as you would be dropped from classes if you did not pay tuition.

Optional fees:
During your work terms when you are enrolled in CEP 4084, the following fees are optional:
	•	Health Service Fee
	•	Athletic Fee
	•	Other fees (health, athletic, student activity, bus, rec. sports, etc.)
•	During your work terms, you are NOT automatically billed for comprehensive student fees and therefore you do NOT automatically have access to all student services.
•	If you wish to pay any optional fees in order to have access to services, you must take initiative to pay these fees.
