Employer FEES for the 2009 Connection Co-op & Internship Job Fair

Fair day: Tuesday
•	Single eight-foot by six-foot booth, including one six-foot table, two chairs, and up to four recruiters: $450
•	Additional booth, limit one: $100
•	Additional recruiters (over and above four): $50 each

Optional interview day: Wednesday
•	$100 per interview table/schedule. Restricted to no more than two recruiters per interview table/schedule.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:
	Cancellation by you after registering:
	• Before January 6, 2009: full refund.
	• January 7 – February 3, 2009: a $250 administrative fee for cancellation.
	• After February 3, 2009: no refunds.
	Event cancellation:
	Weather contingency plan. In the unlikely case that this event is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the university will refund registration fees, minus the $250 administrative fee, but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations. If the fair is held and the interview day is cancelled, fees paid in advance for the interview day will be refunded.
